When you look at the figures more closely, its not so much about race as it is about poverty and
education level. Sure there are disproportionately more minorities in poverty than white people,
but if you look at the history in the U.S. do you really expect in less than 50 years that an entire
group of people would have clawed their way up both educationally and financially? Then there's
